Endermologie · quick answer
What Endermologie does, in one paragraph
Endermologie is a non-invasive mechanical treatment, developed by LPG, that uses motorised rollers and gentle suction to fold, lift and roll the skin and underlying tissue. This mobilises the tissue, encourages circulation and lymphatic drainage, and can temporarily reduce fluid retention, making cellulite look smoother and skin feel firmer over a course. There are no needles or heat. At Ever Skin Clinic, a board-certified dermatologist checks your cellulite and health first and decides whether Endermologie alone or a combined plan suits you.

The treatment
What is Endermologie?
The treatment head draws a fold of skin between two rollers by suction and moves it across the area in set patterns. The mechanical stimulation increases local blood and lymph flow and works on the connective tissue, which can soften the look of cellulite and puffiness. Effects build over a series and fade gradually without maintenance.
Endermologie is gentler and less targeted than energy devices, so for cellulite with significant laxity we often add RF cellulite treatment, and for fat, Onda. Compare all options in our cellulite reduction guide.
What Endermologie can help with
- Orange-peel texture from mild cellulite
- Fluid retention and heavy-feeling legs
- Skin suppleness and texture
- Swelling and firmness after body procedures, if your doctor agrees
- Maintenance after other body contouring
Is it right for you?
Who is a good candidate?
Endermologie suits people with mild to moderate cellulite or fluid retention who want a comfortable, no-downtime treatment and can attend regular sessions. It is not a fat-loss or weight-loss treatment. It is generally avoided with varicose veins or a history of blood clots, during pregnancy, over areas of infection, or soon after surgery unless your doctor advises it.
Endermologie may suit you if you
- Have mild cellulite on the thighs or buttocks
- Notice puffiness or fluid retention
- Prefer a needle-free, heat-free treatment
- Can come once or twice a week
- Want maintenance after RF or Onda
Your visit
What happens during treatment

- Assessment Your dermatologist checks your cellulite, veins and medical history and agrees the course.
- Preparation You change into a special treatment garment that helps the head glide over the skin.
- Treatment The head is moved over each area in set patterns, with suction adjusted to your comfort.
- Course planning We review the area and schedule the next sessions, typically 1 to 2 per week.

Non-invasive care, an example
This case shows facial lifting with Shurink HIFU after filler dissolving. It is not an Endermologie result and not a body case; we show it only as an example of our non-invasive work.
Endermologie results are gradual and vary between people. Ask us about body-specific cases at consultation.

Recovery, side effects and aftercare
Endermologie is usually well tolerated. Temporary redness and tenderness are common, and mild bruising can occur, especially in people who bruise easily or take blood thinners. Some patients need to urinate more after treatment as fluid is mobilised.
Tell your dermatologist if you are pregnant, have varicose veins, a history of deep vein thrombosis, a bleeding disorder or blood thinners, recent surgery, hernia in the area, or active skin infection.
Aftercare tips
- Drink plenty of water after each session
- Keep moving with walking or light exercise
- Moisturise the treated skin
- Attend sessions regularly for the best effect
- Tell the team if you bruise, so suction can be reduced
Questions we hear every day
Endermologie FAQ
Does Endermologie hurt?
Most people find it comfortable, similar to a firm, deep massage. Suction is adjusted to your comfort, and some areas such as the inner thighs can feel more sensitive.
How many Endermologie sessions do I need?
A typical course is about six to twelve sessions, once or twice a week, followed by maintenance. Fewer sessions may help with temporary fluid retention.
How long do the results last?
Effects on fluid and texture are temporary and fade without maintenance. Regular sessions, exercise and a stable weight help keep skin looking smoother.
Does Endermologie help with weight loss?
No. It can improve the look of cellulite and puffiness, and some patients notice slight changes in measurements from reduced fluid, but it does not remove fat or reduce weight.
Can I have Endermologie during a trip to Seoul?
Yes, there is no downtime, so sessions fit easily around travel. Because results build over a series, it suits longer stays, or as a relaxing complement to other body treatments during a shorter visit.
